NextFlex is a consortium of thought leaders, educators, problem solvers, and manufacturers that come together to collectively facilitate innovation, narrow the manufacturing workforce gap, promote sustainable manufacturing ecosystems, and advance manufacturing of flexible hybrid electronics.
FlexFactor™ is a NextFlex initiative and educational program that exposes high-school students on a national level to the vast range of professional opportunities within advanced manufacturing and innovation. Small teams of students work together to conceptualize a flexible hybrid electronic device, develop a viable business model, and present their concept to their peers and a panel of industry experts.
